Team drivers can earn competitive trip pay based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.60 to $0.68 CPM based on route and experience. Bonus payouts are contingent on meeting specific qualifications-please ask for details. No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident within the last 2 years; no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No DUI/DWI convictions within the last 5 years (or 10 years if CDL-held). Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test; no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if CDL-held).
