The Client Service Associate Manager serves in a dual-capacity role: managing a reduced client load (approximately 50 client relationships) while leading and developing members of the Client Service Associate team. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional client service standards, strengthening team accountability, and driving operational consistency across advisory teams. The CSA Manager models professionalism, ownership, and Vista's core values while supporting the development and performance of the broader service team. Duties and Responsibilities Client Service Associate responsibilities (approximately 50%): Assist in the administration of client accounts including establishing new accounts, transferring securities, facilitating deposits and withdrawals, etc. Develop personal and professional rapport with clients. Coordinate and schedule client meetings. Generate quarterly performance reports and statements. Facilitate onboarding of new clients. Provide general office support and cover the front desk as needed. Collaborate with the client service team on additional duties. Ensure exceptional service experience for Vista clients. Team Leadership & Management Responsibilities (Approximately 50%): Lead and develop members of the Client Service Associate team. Set clear performance expectations and reinforce service standards. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and professional development. Monitor workload distribution and ensure appropriate coverage and capacity planning. Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and client experience. Support accountability within the team while fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture. Serve as a resource and escalation point for complex service issues. Qualifications The Client Service Associate position typically requires the following qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of business experience, preferably in financial services. Leadership: Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading team members; formal management experience preferred. Custodians: Experience with custodian processes and paperwork preferred (Charles Schwab experience a plus). Technology: Proficient with computers and software packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Onsite Availability: Ability to work in the office up to four full days per week during the first six months (or until proficiency in the role is demonstrated). Afterward, a hybrid model of at least three full days per week in the office is required. Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
