Truck Driver

Truck Driver St. Vincent de Paul Cincinnati (SVDP) has served residents of Greater Cincinnati for over 150 years with basic needs such as food, medicine, and homelessness prevention through its outreach center in the West End and 53 parish-based volunteer Conferences. SVDP provides holistic direct assistance and systemic change services while treating neighbors in need with dignity and compassion. Location: Este Store; 4550 Este Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45232 Scope of Position: Truck Drivers are responsible for operating St. Vincent de Paul vehicles to collect donations from donor's homes and drop-off boxes before returning donations. Job Responsibilities: Safely drive truck; adhere to all road and traffic laws and safety guidelines. Pick up donations. Respectful interactions with donors. Assist in unloading donations at St. Vincent de Paul stores. Requirements and Skills: CDL not required, but preferred for 26ft box truck. Clean driving record. Ability to lift upwards of 75 lbs. Flexibility to perform and complete any duties assigned by management within reason. Physical Requirements: Job duties require constant motion; walking, standing, bending, and occasional lifting. Occasionally working outside with donations and donors, sometimes in inclement weather.
