Corporate Recruiter The Corporate Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process across retail, corporate functions, and the distribution center. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire high-quality talent that drives business performance. The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in maintaining a strong, consistent workforce while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. As a brand ambassador, this position ensures employment messaging reflects the company's values, culture, and growth strategy. What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across corporate, retail, and distribution operations. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Create compelling job postings aligned with the company's brand voice and culture. Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles. Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate debrief discussions in partnership with HR. Deliver timely communication and feedback to ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience. Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives. Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality. Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies. Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and overall candidate experience. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting exempt and non-exempt roles. Proven ability to proactively source and pipeline talent using social media and direct outreach. Experience supporting multiple functions and managing a high volume of requisitions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics. Ability to balance speed and quality while delivering high-caliber candidates. Prior experience supporting employer branding initiatives preferred. Willingness to work five days per week onsite at the Corporate office in Hartland, WI.
