We are seeking to fill the Site Coordinator position and add valuable members to our team to accomplish our mission!This individual would be responsible for fulfilling the mission of Veterans Inc. by overseeing the care and rehabilitation to Veterans living within a residential facility. This individual is part of a 24/7 team responsible for the safety and welfare of Veterans residing in our Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program.WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY: Provide management and oversight to clients of the male residential housing program for previously homeless veterans; initial intake and evaluation of applicants, case management, counseling, and referral to any other services on an as needed basis. Provide team leadership for Residential Counselors working on site. Assess and collect monthly program fees. Perform weekly inspections of housing units. Perform random Breathalyzer and Urinalyses as needed. Responsible for assisting with maintaining staffing 24/7, to assure client safety and adherence to state licensing requirements. Be available to come in outside of normal work hours to address emergencies. WHAT YOU MUS T HAVE: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in program management, case management, substance abuse prevention, outreach, and/or services to the homeless or veteran populations. Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and be unopposed to travel. Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check. Compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.
