LVN- VISITING NURSE, PER DIEM -HOME HEALTH

Eden HHC is looking for experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our dedicated team. The candidates must have minimum of 1 year professional Home Health nursing experience. Our service area includes Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County and Kern County. We use Wellsky/Kinnser for EMR. This position is for Per Diem visiting nurse; Candidate will set preferred areas to cover.Candidates must have: Current active LVN license in the state of CaliforniaCurrent CPR, Health clearance, TB clearanceMinimum of one year of professional Home Health nursing experienceMust pass criminal background checkDriver’s licenseProficiency in EMR charting and timely submission of documentsProficiency in wound care, catheter insertion, tracheostomy care, diabetic care, vital signs monitoring, ostomy care Responsibilities: Complete on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needsProvide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skillsProvide skilled nursing care under the direction of the RN or the physicianEducate and support the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needsPerform duties consistent with the Nursing Practice Act including the Standards of Competent Performance.Implements the patient's individualized plan of care and participates in case conferences We offer a very competitive pay: $40 per visitEmail us your resume or if you would prefer, call us at (626) 573-1001 during office hours, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm speak to Paula to schedule an interview.
