Quiet dedicated workspace / distraction free environment Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with experience handling high inbound call volume Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively What you’ll do: You will handle customer inquiries via inbound calls You’ll provide an amazing service to all customers with clear and accurate information. You will research unique inquires to provide a resolution or escalate inquire if needed. You’ll be responsible for following up with all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms. You will use internal resources to solve inquiries and keep customer notes in the company database.
