Contract Project Manager Multifamily Exterior Remediation San Antonio, TX (On-Site) $85,000$125,000/year (1099, biweekly pay) 810 Month Contract | Strong Potential for Permanent Placement Cre8 Construction is hiring a Contract Project Manager to lead Phase I of a large-scale exterior remediation project on an occupied multifamily property in San Antonio. This is not an entry-level coordination role. Were looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and execute. Project Scope Includes: Exterior remediation Structural framing repairs Window replacement Waterproofing Balcony reconstruction Occupied multifamily operations Phase 1 of a 4-phase rollout What Were Looking For: Minimum 5 years of PM experience Strong background in multifamily rehab, construction defect repair, or exterior envelope Experience managing projects in occupied environments High-level coordination skills with supers and trade partners Comfortable in Excel, Monday.com, and Procore Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven Role Structure: Reports directly to COO Works alongside our Senior Superintendent Full-time onsite in San Antonio (local candidates preferred) Immediate start Why This Role Matters: This is Phase I of a four-phase project.
