Job DescriptionHiring Salary: $25 per hour Hours per Week: Part-time, 20-29 hours per week Shift Hours: Flexible within standard business hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Appointment Type: Temporary (OPS) Job Summary The OPS Data Analyst supports OUCP's programs, partnerships, and operational goals by managing, integrating, and analyzing business data to inform decision-making and improve organizational efficiency. This role aggregates data from multiple sources, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and performs basic statistical and analytical tasks in response to requests from project teams and leadership. The Data Analyst develops queries, reports, dashboards, and summaries; identifies trends and data quality issues; and supports process improvement and reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesJob DutiesMetrics Collection and Reporting Maintain and update OUCP's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including partnership records, contacts, activities, and engagement data. Collaborate with OUCP team members to collect partnership, program, and engagement metrics across multiple initiatives. Identify and resolve basic data quality issues and coordinate with team members to correct or clarify records. Produce routine and ad hoc reports that track partnership activity, program outputs, and operational performance. Marketing Metrics, Web Analytics, and Survey Data Support the collection and reporting of marketing and communications metrics, including website performance analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and related engagement indicators. Compile and analyze survey data (e.g., partner satisfaction, participant feedback, event or program surveys) to assess experience, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement. Develop repeatable reporting outputs (dashboards, scorecards, and summary reports) that connect marketing performance to program and partnership outcomes. Additional Responsibilities Support special projects, evaluations, and data requests as assigned. Maintain responsible data handling practices and confidentiality standards. Tools and Systems Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including formulas and pivot tables) Reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar) Web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) Familiarity with basic querying or SQL concepts is a plus QualificationsExperience and Education Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 0-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or administrative analytics. Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree. • Senate Bill 1310- The Florida Senate (is conditional upon meeting all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S. • SB 1310: Substitution of Work Experience for Postsecondary Education Requirements • A public employer may include a postsecondary degree as a baseline requirement only as an alternative to the number of years of direct experience required, not to exceed: • (a) Two years of direct experience for an associate degree; • (b) Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree; • (c) Six years of direct experience for a master's degree; • (d) Seven years of direct experience for a professional degree; or • (e) Nine years of direct experience for a doctoral degree • Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position of employment as established by the public employer and indicated in the advertised description of the position of employment. • Minimum Qualifications that require a high school diploma are exempt from SB 1310.
