Job DescriptionCompensation: $23.25–$25.00/hr + Overtime + Benefits (Paid Weekly)Shift Time(s): Full-Time | 4-Day / 40 hour Workweek TypicalWhat You’ll Do as a Delivery Associate and what we expect: Be punctual for assigned shifts and ready to start the dayLoad and deliver prime packages to customers along your assigned routeSafely drive an Amazon-branded delivery vanUse handheld GPS technology for navigation and delivery trackingWork independently while being supported by a strong teamDeliver exceptional customer service — you are the face of the companyFollow all safety procedures and traffic lawsSafety is non-negotiable. We train, coach, and support our drivers to operate safely every day - for themselves, their teammates, and the communities we serve.Be reliable, professional, accountableAssist your teammates with rescue routes when the need arises. Qualifications: QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For At least 21 years oldValid U.S. driver’s license that is not restricted (no CDL required)Authorized to work in the U.S.Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skillsAbility to operate a vehicle safely and in accordance with company and state driving standardsAbility to work a demanding shift, getting in and out of a large vehicle multiple times per day, and lifting packages up to 50 lbs (most packages are lighter). Routes may involve high stop counts that can exceed 130 stops per day depending on route and location.Comfortable working outdoors in all weatherReliable, self-motivated, and prioritize safety.No delivery experience required.This role is a great fit for people who enjoy staying active, working toward daily goals, and taking pride in performance. Experience in customer service, construction, landscaping, rideshare, military, warehouse roles — or any fast-paced, hands-on environment — translates well here.
