Job Title: Quality Supervisor Location: Norcross, GA Reports To: Quality Manager The Opportunity Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for precision? We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to champion our commitment to excellence. You'll be the bridge between high-level quality strategy and floor-level execution, leading a dedicated team of inspectors to ensure every product leaving our facility is nothing short of perfect. If you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of GD&T, and the ability to mentor a team toward continuous improvement, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Lead & Mentor: Supervise and develop our QC team, providing the training and guidance necessary to maintain peak performance. Maintain Excellence: Develop and implement robust quality control procedures, policies, and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze inspection data to identify trends, address recurring issues, and collaborate with production teams to solve quality concerns. Hands-On Oversight: Inspect and test products, document outcomes, and maintain meticulous records to uphold our reputation for quality. What You Bring to the Table Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in a QC/QA role. Technical Mastery: GD&T training and proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools. Certifications: Six Sigma or ISO 9001 certifications are highly preferred. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in people management and process improvement methodologies. Sharp Eyes & Mind: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex technical documents. Why Join Us? High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred. Previous experience in quality control or a related role. Must have attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must have communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations.
