Key Responsibilities Lead & Mentor: Supervise and develop our QC team, providing the training and guidance necessary to maintain peak performance. Maintain Excellence: Develop and implement robust quality control procedures, policies, and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze inspection data to identify trends, address recurring issues, and collaborate with production teams to solve quality concerns. Hands-On Oversight: Inspect and test products, document outcomes, and maintain meticulous records to uphold our reputation for quality. What You Bring to the Table Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in a QC/QA role. Technical Mastery: GD&T training and proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools. Certifications: Six Sigma or ISO 9001 certifications are highly preferred. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in people management and process improvement methodologies. Sharp Eyes & Mind: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex technical documents. Why Join Us?
