Job Title: Application AnalystDuration: 6+ Months Location: Houston, TX Work Arrangement: Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable) Position Overview: The Application Analyst is responsible for conducting moderate to complex analysis within assigned functional areas. This role includes monitoring system resources, evaluating operational processes, and presenting historical data trends to support optimal departmental effectiveness. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application performance, security, and compliance standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Perform moderate to complex application and business process analysis. Monitor system resources and application performance to ensure operational stability. Evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Analyze and present historical data trends to support leadership decision-making. Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Fusion security and related modules. Provide technical documentation and maintain audit-ready system records. Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance, and security standards.
