Material Handler (PVC C Crew) TimberTech Wilmington, OH (Prairie Ave Facility) Schedule: 6:45 PM 7:00 AM | 2-2-3 rotation (every other weekend) Pay: $21.50/hour + 10% shift differential Position Summary The AZEK Company's TimberTech Wilmington division is hiring a Material Handler to support manufacturing operations within the PVC Department. This role is responsible for safe and efficient movement, staging, and replenishment of raw materials and finished goods to maintain continuous production flow in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Safely transport raw materials and finished products throughout production, staging, packaging, and shipping areas Stage bins, skids, and materials to support extrusion line operations Operate forklifts in accordance with safety procedures and company standards Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns Maintain organized work areas using TPM and 6S methodologies Support waste handling and recycling processes Contribute to compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements Assist production teams with material replenishment and workflow support Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Forklift certification Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to stand and move for 12-hour shifts Ability to work in hot manufacturing environments Ability to read and communicate in English Ability to work 2-2-3-night shift schedule Preferred Qualifications 1+ year manufacturing or material handling experience Plastics or extrusion manufacturing experience Experience in high-volume production environments RF Scanner / Inventory Management Experience Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
