Job Description Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity seeks a skilled pharmacist with experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding to work in a specialty retail pharmacy environment. The role is contract-to-hire, providing the potential for a permanent position after an initial 13-week assignment. You will be working Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and dispense pharmaceutical prescriptions, including sterile and non-sterile compounded medications. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies. Utilize order entry systems similar to QS1 (training provided on PK system). Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory. Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice to patients and healthcare professionals. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed pharmacist in North Carolina. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience. Experience in sterile compounding is preferred. Experience in non-sterile compounding is a plus. Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations and prescription processing. Location: Position is based in Kernersville, NC.
