Full Stack Developer

Work Location: This position is OnsiteJob Description: We Are Seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to perform advanced application development, modernization, and technical support activities within a complex enterprise environment. This role is responsible for designing, developing, upgrading, and maintaining applications while ensuring performance, security, and scalability standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack development expertise, database design experience, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges while mentoring junior team members and supporting enterprise application improvements. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level applications using modern development frameworks and technologies. • Upgrade existing applications to current .NET Core versions while improving functionality and system performance. • Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective application and system solutions. • Design, implement, and maintain secure application architectures and database structures. • Modify and optimize databases to support application enhancements and evolving business requirements. • Configure and maintain web servers and hosting environments to support application deployment. • Ensure applications meet security, privacy, and compliance standards. • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and production support. • Perform validation, evaluation, testing, and implementation of application updates and enhancements. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced development staff. • Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities. • Participate in off-hour testing, system updates, and patching activities as required. Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience developing applications using multiple programming languages. • 5+ years of experience in database design, administration, and optimization. • 5+ years of experience implementing application and database security, privacy, and compliance practices.Technical Skills • Advanced experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, VB.NET, and C# development. • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET application development. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Structured Query Language (SQL). • Experience configuring and managing Internet Information Services (IIS) environments. • Proficiency working with Windows Server environments (2016-2025 versions). • Experience upgrading legacy applications to modern frameworks.Preferred Skills • Experience working with Linux environments (Red Hat, SUSE, or similar). • Familiarity with IBM DB2 databases. • Experience working with Drupal CMS platforms.Professional Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience producing technical documentation and performing knowledge transfer. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a technical team.Available Benefits: • Medical Benefits (Platinum level plans available) • Work from home / Hybrid / Onsite options • PTO • Holiday Pay • VTO • 401K • Charitable Match • Training reimbursement About KēSTA I.T.:Our name says it all; KēSTA I.T.
