Munson is looking for a Pediatrician to cover newborn nursery coverage at both Grayling and Gaylord: Grayling: Dec. 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 Jan. 11 -21, 24, 25, 27,28, 31. Gaylord: Dec. 19, 20, 24, 25, 26 Jan. 1, 2, 5,6,7,9,10,17,18,23, 24, 30,31 24 call shifts for newborn nursery, 7a-7a Clinic located next to hospital 6 exams rooms Documentation System: Cerner Nursery level I -routine newborn care Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days Requirement description : BC Pediatrics or BE w/in 5 years of residency - Required, no exceptions Clean history - Required NRP & BLS - Required MI license at time or submission - Required Providers need to be local-drive in (no flights) - Required Provider performs Circumcisions - Required Provider participates with MI Medicaid/CHAMPS - Required Provider can cover all dates listed - REQUIRED CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Board Certified STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Board Certified, Board Eligible, NRP Weekend Requirements : Yes On Call Requirements : Yes
