This position is also responsible for communicating information to other departments and teammates as it relates to production. The Production Lead is responsible for establishing and setting the production pace, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring quality on the line. Additional responsibilities will include filling in for other positions on the line, and for the Supervisor, as necessary.[[cust_safetyState]]Minimum Qualifications: Competent with Microsoft Office software programs. Minimum 6 months experience in steel manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Tower fabrication processes and procedures.
