Production Laborer

About the job Production Laborer We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded Production Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role involving equipment operation, loading/unloading of materials, and general labor duties to support production. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Physically load and unload raw materials and finished goods Ensure products meet quality standards through regular visual inspections Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and machine safety practices Perform general housekeeping and maintenance in the work area Adhere to all site rules, standard operating procedures, and supervisor instructions Execute production tasks as directed by the supervisor Assist with other duties as required to support production goals Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
