Our manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Freelance HubSpot Specialist to support the ongoing optimization and expansion of their HubSpot platform. This role will focus on system configuration, data and platform integration, user training, and ongoing performance improvement. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring HubSpot is structured effectively to support marketing, sales, and customer communication initiatives. This is a project-based engagement with potential for ongoing collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead the migration and integration from existing platforms into HubSpot, ensuring clean data transfer and minimal disruption Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub functionality Build and refine workflows, automation, lead scoring models, and reporting dashboards Ensure proper data structure, segmentation, and lifecycle management Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership Provide hands-on training for internal teams to ensure effective platform adoption Develop documentation and best practices to support long-term platform sustainability Identify areas for performance improvement and system efficiency Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (CRM, Marketing Hub, and/or Sales Hub) Proven experience integrating external platforms into HubSpot (CRM migrations, marketing automation tools, ERP systems, or similar) Strong understanding of data hygiene, field mapping, and system architecture Experience building workflows, automation, reporting dashboards, and attribution tracking Ability to train and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically Experience working in B2B environments preferred Preferred Qualifications HubSpot certifications Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or B2B product-based companies Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools What Success Looks Like Seamless transition from current platform into HubSpot Clear data visibility and reporting for marketing and sales Confident internal team adoption through effective training Scalable processes that support growth
