We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Performance Analyst who excels at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. This role focuses on analytical strength, technical skill, and effective communication of data to business stakeholders. The analyst will also play a key role in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assessing organizational success. This position follows a 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on customer needs. Core Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills Power BI (Required): Ability to build dashboards, create reports, model data, publish datasets, and visually communicate KPIs across the organization. Data Modeling & Database Skills: Experience with database design, data models, SQL queries, and maintaining data systems. Data Analysis & Statistical Techniques: Skilled in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and applying statistical methods. Data Tools & Software: Proficiency with reporting tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS), Microsoft Office, and ETL or scripting tools (XML, JavaScript, or similar). Data Quality & Cleaning: Expertise in data validation, cleansing, and process documentation. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex data with strong attention to accuracy and detail. Skilled in identifying patterns, correlations, and opportunities for process improvement. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights. Communication & Collaboration Skills Ability to present findings in clear, accessible formats tailored to different audiences. Collaborates effectively with management to understand priorities and information needs. Adept at writing reports, building dashboards, and explaining technical concepts in simple terms. Key Responsibilities Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques; produce ongoing reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and analytics processes. Acquire, validate, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources. Identify trends and patterns in complex datasets to support business initiatives. Clean and audit data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify issues. Partner with management teams to prioritize data needs and propose continuous improvement opportunities. Required Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Power BI and other reporting packages. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and methods.
