The Home Hospice Nurse is responsible for managing and supervising the care of patients. Our Home-Hospice RN's perform office duties and support case management responsibilities. This team is responsible for the clinical supervision of HCAs, LPNs, and student nurses in the management of the patients' plan of care Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience: Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state Preferred Certification/License/Experience: BSN Six (6) months of inpatient nursing experience Six (6) months of home care experience 1-2 years of previous hospice experience Other Key Words: Comfort Care // Hospice // Palliative Care // DVNA // Home Health // In-Home Campus: Linda E.
