Azure Solutions Architect and Administrator Onsite Description: Diversified Systems is searching for an Azure Solutions Architect and Administrator who will work closely with the technical and administrative teams to develop Azure-based IaaS and PaaS solutions. Responsibilities: Implement automation for provisioning, configuration management, and lifecycle tasks. Ensure strong cloud governance, security, and compliance. Integrate hybrid environments and containerized workloads. Provide expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and legacy system migration to guide successful cloud adoption. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to design enterprise-level architectures, oversee implementation efforts, and support knowledge transfer so staff can manage and sustain cloud services long term. Requirements: (To be considered, all proposed consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements): 4-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or like field. 5+ years of direct and specific experience creating Azure environments and migrating systems and services. from on-prem to the cloud. 5+ years of direct Azure solutions architect experience. 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience. 5+ years of experience driving cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions. 5+ years of network administration skills. Documentation and knowledge transfer experience. Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills. Other Requirements (Beginner: 1-2 years Intermediate: 3-5 years Advanced: 5-7 years SME: 7+ years Skill Set Skill Level): Advanced experience working with Windows Server operating systems, including versions 2019, 2022, and 2025. Required. Advanced experience working with Linux operating systems, including zLinux, Red Hat, and SUSE. Preferred. Advanced experience using PowerShell for automation and administration. Preferred. Advanced experience designing Azure architectures using the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure. Required. Advanced experience using Azure DevOps tools, including Azure Test Plans, Pipelines, and Boards. Required.
