Key Responsibilities: Inspire and lead a team of Front of House and Drive Thru team members, fostering a culture of genuine hospitality and teamwork. Ensure every guest receives exceptional service by modeling hospitality standards and encouraging team members to do the same. Assist in daily operations, including food preparation, order processing, and maintaining cleanliness, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Actively participate in community initiatives and events, reinforcing our commitment to winning the hearts of our community. Address guest concerns and team challenges promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience for all. Must Have: A strong work ethic and a passion for service. Coach-able attitude with a desire to learn and grow. Focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence. High initiative and a proactive approach to challenges. Good communication skills for effective team and guest interactions. Reliable transportation to and from work.
