Hospitalist Physician

The Villages Health, soon transitioning to CenterWell Senior Primary Care , is seeking a Hospitalist to join our value-based hospitalist practice in The Villages, Florida . This position offers a 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, 7-on / 7-off schedule with an average daily census of approximately 12 patients . The practice operates within an open ICU model with dedicated Intensivist coverage , and no procedures are required . This is an excellent opportunity for hospitalists seeking a balanced schedule, manageable patient volumes, and a collaborative, quality-focused care environment.
