Job Description Job Title: Production Assembly Associate (1st Shift) Hours & Location: North Ridgeville, OH Monday-Friday 5:50am-4:20pm Overtime on Fridays - 10 hours 30-minute lunch + two 10-minute breaks Pay & Benefits: $17.50/hour + time and a half for overtime Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth $1/hour raise upon hire-in Additional $0.50 raises quarterly (top-out at $21-23/hour) Once hired in, enjoy: Medical, dental, and vision (eligible after 30 days) 401(k) with profit sharing (after 6 months) Paid vacation (1 week at 6 months, 1 additional week at 12 months) Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement On-site fitness center Friendly, team-oriented environment Job Responsibilities: Perform assembly of ignitors using gaskets, screws, springs, and small components Use small hand tools and follow detailed instruction sheets Meet daily production goals (500+ units once fully trained) Pack pumps and motors into boxes and apply labels for shipment Assemble boxes and prepare finished goods for distribution Maintain a clean and organized workstation Stand for the full shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment You'll work in both team-based and independent production areas. Required Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, production worker, assembly, or general labor experience preferred Strong attendance and reliability Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing all shift Good manual dexterity Ability to read and understand English Team-oriented with a positive attitude Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
