Scrum Master

Job Description About the Role We are seeking a Scrum Master to support delivery teams on a contingent basis. In this role, you will help drive execution across Agile initiatives, support planning efforts, and work closely with cross-functional partners to remove obstacles and improve team performance. You will leverage your knowledge of Agile practices to guide teams, analyze challenges, and contribute to achieving program goals. Responsibilities Contribute to the delivery of Agile and Scrum initiatives, supporting moderately complex projects and team workflows. Participate in or provide guidance during large-scale planning sessions and Scrum-related deliverables. Review, assess, and help resolve moderately complex Scrum or Agile challenges that require evaluating multiple variables. Partner with teams to identify and mitigate issues, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to support effective communication, team alignment, and project outcomes. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies, or equivalent experience gained through professional work, consulting, military service, training, or education.
