Lead Maintenance Technician Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking to step up as a lead and make an impact? We’re seeking an experienced professional to join our team and take charge of CNC machine maintenance on our 1st shift. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for all CNC Machine repair and routine maintenance Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Oversee daily maintenance tasks and mentor junior technicians Work hands-on to diagnose issues and implement lasting solutions Help develop and improve preventive maintenance schedules Qualifications and Skills 7+ years of direct experience in CNC machine repair/maintenance Strong background in electrical troubleshooting and repair Solid knowledge of pneumatics systems Proven ability to lead and train a maintenance team Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Benefits/Compensation Full Time Competitive pay $28-$36/hour, based on experience 1st Shift Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts Temp-To-Hire Benefits after Probation period Location Meadville PA About Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.
