Shift Manager Position Shift managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given time. Shift managers starting over $18 typically have been certified through McDonald's management courses and have some McDonald's experience. We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office. We are a tight-knit family-owned and operated business.
