Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this role Provide enterprise wide leadership for government reimbursement strategy across all markets, with intentional development of leadership depth and succession readiness within the Net Revenue Management function. Serve as the executive subject matter expert for complex government reimbursement programs including Medical Education, Transplant, DSH/UC, Medicare Bad Debt, and supplemental funding initiatives. Direct national cost reporting strategy and third party settlement methodologies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with long term financial objectives. Advise senior leadership on proposed and final federal and state reimbursement regulations, translating policy changes into actionable financial strategy across the organization. Partner with Strategic Finance, market leadership, external vendors, and legal counsel to lead audits, appeals, and enterprise reimbursement optimization initiatives. What minimum requirements you'll needEducation: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking Extensive experience in government reimbursement and healthcare cost reporting within a large, complex health system environment. Progressive executive leadership experience with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and enterprise strategy. Experience leading regulatory audits, appeals, and reimbursement optimization initiatives at scale.
