Laserfiche Talent Acquisition Specialist As a Laserfiche Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in building the workforce that drives our company forward. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departmentsincluding software development, sales, marketing, and professional servicesensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent. You'll leverage data, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies to strengthen our talent pipeline and elevate our employer brand. About the Role - Key Responsibilities: Execute full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines Develop sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent through job boards, career networks, social media, and referrals Screen and interview candidates to assess fit, experience, and skillset Coordinate feedback with hiring managers and support decision-making processes Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately within the ATS Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement of recruiting practices About You - Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related area 24 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a software or technology-driven organization Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Strong consultative and communication skills with hiring teams and candidates Knowledge of local labor markets and current recruiting trends The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors. $75,000 - $100,000 per year Perks & Benefits at a Glance Generous time off: 15 Days of Vacation 3 Floating Holidays 2 Paid Volunteer Days 9 Paid Holidays Hybrid Work Environment Free Parking: covered and EV charging stations Various 401 (k) Investment Options and Generous Company Match HMO and PPO Medical Care Options Applicants must be authorized to work for Laserfiche in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
