This is a permanent position where you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the go-to person for office inquiries and conflicts, and your role will be integral to maintaining the high standards we hold for our company. Responsibilities: As our Office Manager, your primary tasks will include, but are not limited to: 1. Overseeing and coordinating all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 2. Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. 3. Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management. 4. Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 5. Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. 6. Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data. 7. Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. 8. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. 9. Assisting colleagues whenever necessary. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Office Manager position should possess the following: 1. Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required. 2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 4. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. 5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software. 6. Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage. 7. High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred. 8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 9. Exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
