Basic Purpose: Join our dynamic HR team as a Senior Generalist in the HR Service Center! This role serves as the go-to point for handling escalated inquiries regarding employment policies and employee relations. You will provide insightful guidance, interpretation, and support to managers and employees, helping to resolve complex issues while recommending effective courses of action. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert coaching and consultation to internal customers on behavioral issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in alignment with company values. Assure consistent support for managers and employees facing moderately complex HR issues. Manage and implement HR programs such as Recognition and Educational Assistance. Oversee relocation and expatriate services as needed. Handle escalated compensation and benefits inquiries, processing tasks that require no specialist intervention. Assist with accident reports and manage worker's compensation claims. Support payroll processes like off-cycle requests and bonus pay plans. Investigate and resolve workplace issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws. Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring a seamless HR experience. Stay updated on policies, guidelines, and employment laws relevant to all regions. Participate in job evaluations and provide managers with guidance on performance management. Engage in functional and cross-functional process improvement projects to enhance HR service delivery. As a vital member of our HR team, you will ensure alignment on corporate and regional HR practices while advocating for continuous improvement in employee services.
