About Us Capital Realty Group is a boutique, family?run real estate brokerage and property management firm with over 35 years of Bay Area experience. We manage a portfolio of 1,000+ residential and commercial units and pride ourselves on personalized, full?service representation for owners and tenants alike. About the Role Were looking for a hands?on, detail?oriented part?time bookkeeper to support the day?to?day financial operations of our property management team. This isnt a back?office?only roleyoull be working closely with our property managers to keep tenant accounts, insurance, and move?in/move?out processes running smoothly. AppFolio experience is required. Responsibilities Manage and maintain tenant ledgers in AppFolio, including setting up new accounts and keeping existing records current and accurate Track and reconcile insurance payments across our residential and commercial portfolio Handle move?in and move?out accountingcoordinating deposit tracking, final statements, and any charges or credits Process vendor invoices and owner disbursements Support property managers with payment discrepancies and tenant balance questions Assist with month?end reconciliation and reporting as needed What Were Looking For Hands?on experience with AppFolio (required) Solid bookkeeping fundamentalscomfortable with AP/AR, reconciliation, and ledger management Experience in property management or real estate strongly preferred Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball Good communicatoryoull be a key touchpoint between tenants, PMs, and ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr
