TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Data Entry Clerk in San Antonio, TX.Overall PurposeSupports site and/or Region by way of data entry, record keeping and other office support services.Ensures a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS.Reports toRegional Manager/Site ManagerResponsibilitiesClient relationship & Business development Provide paper and/or electronic data reports upon requestData entry into internal and external customer portalFollow up to obtain required documentationProvide reports as requested Operations Verify defects identified by inspectors Collect and enter data in databases and maintain accurate records of company informationCreate and maintain charts and graphsDemonstrate commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidentsMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies Organization & management Perform administrative, secretarial, and clerical dutiesObtain signatures as neededEscalate issues as neededElectronically store all required job documents including data, charts, imaging according to TRIGO's filing conventionsIf required, perform audits on all electronic job files to ensure the required documents have been stored by all departmentsIf required, escalate missing file requirements Technical Time entry into portalsEnsure hard copy data is filed per ISO standardsVerify and balance data entriesAudit entries for accuracy Other Any other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills, abilities Hard skills Proficiency in the English languageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with spreadsheets and online formsWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint Attention to detailSuperior data entry and typing skillsAbility to coordinate, prioritize and multitaskDemonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environmentAbility to take initiative and recognize needs Values & attitudes Global team spirit Team playerCaring for peopleOpen-minded Excellence ReactiveResilient to pressureRigorous Customer focus Client orientedReliable & trustworthyFlexible Initiative AutonomousInnovativeDaring Work experience Overall recommendations 2+ years of work experience in data entryWorking knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing industry preferredExperience with quality systems or quality training an asset Education background Overall recommendations High School Diploma or EquivalentSecondary school diploma is an asset.
