Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Pharmacy Technicians in Morrisville, North Carolina! This role is in person / on site. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:Type: Six-month contract to hire positionSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, and every other weekendPay: $23.00 to $25.50 an hourResponsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician: Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins in an accurate and timely manner Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication available to complete all orders Assist in maintaining inventory at appropriate levels, including removing expired or unused meds, marking used bottles and keeping inventory neat and arranged in-order Consistently meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels. Collaborate with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently. Maintain clean and orderly workstation. Put medications away and replenish all stock supplies needed. Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the dispensing of prescription medications. Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician:• High school diploma or GED• Active and good standing pharmacy technician license in NC• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician• Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift• Ability to lift 25 pounds as neededWhy work for Adecco?
