The Role: Customer Service/Retail Associate To support patients by assisting with the selection and purchase of medical supplies, while providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional environment. This includes processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring all orders are accurately generated with proper documentation and insurance verification. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Friendly, outgoing communicator who loves connecting with people Skilled with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory softwaretech-savvy is a plus!
