Aspire Health Alliance is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our multidisciplinary Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams. This is a great opportunity to be part of a passionate, mission-driven organization while gaining hands-on experience in a behavioral health setting. This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to enter or grow in the behavioral health field. Responsibilities: Provide essential administrative support, and work closely with clinical leadership Oversee office operations and execute special projects as assigned Coordinate and organize all non-clinical operations for two ACCS teams Work with closely with ACCS leadership, quality and compliance department, and billing department Assist with developing and delivering staff trainings related to data and compliance Maintain accurate and organized client records in compliance with DMH requirements Manage staff training documentation, certifications, and medication administration registration Handle incoming mail, memos, letters, and occasional transportation coordination Support licensing and compliance documentation and processes Requirements: Prior experience with office management required; in a behavioral healthcare or medical office preferred Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, excel, power point, and the ability to learn new applications High School or GED required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in human services preferred Valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle and a good driving record required Ability to assess and analyze data and create reports and graphs Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work with multiple levels within the organization across all programs Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
