KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Workday Integrations for our Consulting practice. Key Responsibilities: Engage in Workday HCM projects that encompass strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity. Analyze and map Workday Integrations and business processes. Oversee daily operations of Workday advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Evaluate business processes and offer insights on system services available within the Workday application. Identify and present findings to senior management and client personnel. Qualifications: At least five years of experience in Workday Integration. Experience as a lead consultant with Workday implementation. A minimum of five full life cycle implementations with Workday Integrations, serving as a Technical Lead or Architect. Workday certification in Integration is required within three months of employment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution. Proven experience leading integration design and process alignment with a deep understanding of ERP System concepts and functionalities. Thorough knowledge of Workday Integration processes and best practices. Willingness to travel up to seventy percent. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
