Recognized as one of 'America's Best Employers' Great Place to Work certified Acknowledged as the Safest Restaurant Chain in the US during the pandemic Job Requirements Education and Experience: Associate's degree (preferably a Bachelor's Degree with OPT status for H1B) 1-2 years of Operations experience Some experience in a leadership role Must pass an annual Cooking Test Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends ADA Statement: Employees need to be aware that kitchen environments can be hot due to steam and food vapors. The workspace can be confined, requiring prolonged standing. Employees will prepare both hot and cold foods, utilize Chinese cooking knives and other kitchen equipment, and must work quickly and accurately. Lifting up to 50 lbs. and reaching across counter tops of about 36 inches is expected. Noise levels can be high, and storage space may be limited.
