We’re seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to serve as an Associate Medical Director for a managed care organization in Dallas, TX . This is a 13-week locum assignment with a strong pathway to permanent placement , starting fully remote and transitioning to a hybrid model upon conversion to permanent. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical oversight, guide utilization management decisions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care for members—while influencing policy, quality, and system-wide improvement initiatives.
