Job Description Manage full project lifecycle for luxury residential or commercial builds. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication. Maintain exacting standards for fit, finish, and architectural detailing. Support field teams and collaborate closely with superintendents. Contribute to preconstruction planning and project delivery strategy. Weekly pay schedule. 100% employer-paid healthcare premium. 401(k), pension, and profit-sharing after 18 months. Annual retirement contributions generally spanning $8,000-$16,000.
