Outpatient Receptionist

Outpatient Coordinator Day shift position available. Rate $15 - $20/hour. The role itself: 1. Performs various secretarial and clerical support duties. 2. Coordinates interdepartmental services and orders supplies. 3. Prepares statistical reports, attends meetings, and handles mail. 4. Orients new employees and ensures compliance with policies. 5. Exercises judgment in prioritizing assignments and seeks direction when needed. 6. Demonstrates telephone courtesy and responds promptly.
