Python Developer (Security Team)

Responsibilities: 1. Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. 2. Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. 3. Researches, tests, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. 4. Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. 5. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. 6. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. 7. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. 8. Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. 9. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. 10. Acts as team leader on projects. 11. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team. 12. Participates in development of software user manuals. Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Python Scripting Required 10 Years PowerShell Scripting Required 10 Years Data Analysis Required 5 Years Working with APIs/SDKs Required 5 Years Log Analysis Required 5 Years Understanding of Information Security concepts Required 2 Years Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle OCI Required 2 Years Use of Git/GitHub for code maintenance and versioning Required 5 Years Create Data Visualizations using enterprise business intelligence tools Required 2 Years Knowledge of CrowdStrike platform and associated SDKs and APIs Desired 1 Years Familiarity with Machine Learning and use of techniques to identify patterns and anomalies Desired 1 Years 16+ yrs. troubleshooting production problems related to software applications Required 16 Years Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience Required 0
