Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity:Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech Job Details:• Work 3x12 hour day shifts Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM• Holidays required as needed• First week may include weekday orientation shifts, then set weekend schedule begins• On-call rotation 3-4 days per month• May float to other buildings on the same campus as needed• 1 year of experience required• O/C-Arm experience required• BLS certification required• ARRT (R) and SCRQSA (R) certifications accepted• Agency must provide radiation badge - facility does not provide to travelers• Epic charting system experience preferred• Scrub color: Teal top/Black bottoms• Work with various age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics• Perform various X-ray procedures including chest, abdomen, extremities, spine imaging, and C-Arm procedures• Handle bedside/portable procedures and maintain isolation precautions/PPE protocols• First-time travelers accepted with travel experience preferred• Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks• All employees assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November) Facility:This major healthcare organization operates as a Magnet-designated teaching hospital and Level 1 trauma center with 865 staffed beds.
