Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Bonus QualificationsLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management experience.
