Senior Project Manager Construction Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead complex, ground-up construction projects in the multi-family, senior living, and K-12 sectors. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who can independently run large-scale projects while mentoring project teams. Senior Project Manager Benefits and Compensation: Competitive Salary: $140K$155K (based on experience) + bonus potential Profit Sharing Opportunity Comprehensive Benefits: Health, vision, and dental reimbursement plans PTO & Wellness Perks: 4 weeks PTO, paid holidays, and wellness benefits Generous Car Allowance Leadership & Growth: Opportunity to mentor teams and play a key role in company growth Senior Project Manager Responsibilities: Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Maintain full ownership of project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams Manage relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards across all projects Drive successful execution of self-performed work including concrete, carpentry, and structural trades Utilize project management software such as MS Project, Procore, and Viewpoint Senior Project Manager Qualifications: Typically 1012+ years of experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager Proven experience leading $35M+ ground-up construction projects Strong background in self-performed construction (development-only backgrounds not preferred) Experience in multi-family, senior living, and/or K-12 construction Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Certifications (OSHA, PMP, LEED) are a plus but not required Take the next step in your career with a growing construction firm that values leadership, collaboration, and work-life balance.
