Responsibilities Work in an inpatient setting providing direct patient care Schedule is Monday through Friday and every other Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Participation in holiday rotation is required No on-call responsibilities Work involves use of rehabilitation equipment such as splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and ADL equipment Meditech Expanse EMR experience strongly preferred Main responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive plans of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team Eight-hour non-billable orientation included before assignment begins All requested time off must be presented prior to consideration; a maximum of 5 days RTO allowed Scheduling accommodations, including block or alternate shifts, will not be considered Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered Holiday and overtime shifts are compensated at a multiplier of 1.25 This assignment does not accept first-time travelers Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient physical therapy experience required Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required Valid Massachusetts PT license required; license must be uploaded for consideration Current BLS (AHA) certification required Experience with Meditech Expanse strongly preferred Traveler must have their own vehicle Supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years required Recent skills checklist for Physical Therapy required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-665001.
