Housekeeper The Concours Club is seeking a Housekeeper who is detail-oriented and will be responsible for the cleanliness of The Concours Club's facilities by cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining a sanitary environment for all members and employees. Key Job Responsibilities Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout the assigned property Uses a cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies Clean and disinfect bathrooms Clean and disinfect kitchen and dining areas Wipe, dust and clean mirrors Vacuum and clean floors, rugs and furniture Understand the company's policy on work shifts and privacy issues Report/return member property that is found onsite to Human Resources Stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms Pick up and empty trash containers Notify maintenance if something is not working properly Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of each shift Perform other related duties as assigned Skills & Qualification Requirements Detail-oriented Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of members/employees Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to lift 25+ pounds at a time High School or equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Experience Housekeeping 3 years (Preferred) Work Environment This job is performed indoors and outdoors, in a controlled environment, and can have a high level of noise in the working environment. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the candidate will be required to lift, stand for long periods of time, and carry 25+ pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time position. The candidate will be expected to work an alternating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
