Child Development Resources (CDR) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support two impactful programs: the Motherhood Program and Parents as Teachers (PAT). This position plays a key role in supporting staff, maintaining accurate participant records, managing scheduling, assisting with reporting requirements, and ensuring both programs operate efficiently and in compliance with grant and model requirements. Highlighted Responsibilities: Dual - Program responsibilities Provide general administrative support including filing, correspondence, copying, and data entry Maintain accurate, confidential participant records Support onboarding and administrative needs of new staff Order and manage office and program supplies Assist with scheduling, documentation, and logistics Support grant documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking Motherhood Program (50%) Manage scheduling for classes, groups, and individual appointments Send reminders and maintain program calendars Track intake forms and consent documentation Enter attendance and service data into program systems Coordinate group logistics (room setup, sign-in sheets, materials, social media posts) Distribute and summarize surveys for program evaluation Assist with budget preparation and reporting documentation Parents as Teachers (50%) Provide administrative support aligned with PAT model fidelity requirements Monitor income and expenses for a complex program budget Maintain up-to-date participant records Support data collection for grant reports Communicate regularly with the PAT Program Director regarding program goals What you will bring: Education Associate's degree in business, management, accounting, data entry, or related field OR 3 years of experience in a business or administrative role Experience Minimum three years of administrative/office support experience (human services preferred) Experience with scheduling, database management, and data entry strongly preferred Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365, Google Workspace, and databases Ability to maintain confidentiality with professionalism Experience supporting groups or events preferred Bilingual skills preferred Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for children under 6 (preferred) Additional Requirements Valid driver's license without restrictions TB risk assessment Child Protective Services, sexual offender, and criminal background checks Completion of PAT Model Implementation and Foundations I & II training Ability to independently operate a vehicle Why Work at CDR?
