It's what we love and what we do! Position Summary Provide outstanding customer service to all LBC customers, partners, vendors, and employees. Perform a variety of clerical duties to support LBC business operations, including taking calls, processing orders, answering questions, following up on paperwork, and locating information. Perform data entry, audit, and reconciliation of various databases. Facilitate communication between all LBC parties to ensure information is shared appropriately and processes run smoothly. Accomplish goals in accordance with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives. Essential Job Functions Provide outstanding customer service to all LBC customers, partners, vendors, and employees. Answer and respond to calls in a timely manner, research questions or issues, and communicate concerns to appropriate LBC team members. Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer retention through excellent service. Escalate unresolved problems or issues to the manager immediately. Provide a variety of clerical duties to support the LBC business. Assist in tracking and filing information for new customers, orders, and invoices. Draft correspondence to LBC customers, vendors, and partners. Copy and distribute information and marketing materials as needed. Perform data entry of new and updated information in multiple LBC databases. Review and reconcile databases to ensure information is current, accurate, and consistent across all systems. Research, correct, and communicate changes when necessary. Act as the point of contact for all LBC sales representatives. Work with sales representatives and managers to implement and communicate promotional programs. May recommend promotional materials to attract new players. Follow up with LBC customers who are licensed but have not recently purchased products. Review and monitor sales reports and contact retailers/customers, assist when possible, and communicate status updates to sales representatives. Understand the importance of accuracy and urgency when processing orders. Track and follow up to obtain serial numbers as required. Serve as a backup to the Front Desk Customer Service Partner. Assist with clerical work such as filing, typing, copying, and data entry. May assist with clerical work for other departments when requested and approved by the Customer Service Manager. Use all available tools and resources to perform job duties, increase sales, and serve customers (e.g., website, voicemail, email, marketing collateral, calendar functions). Check email and voicemail regularly and respond in a timely manner. Perform other related duties as assigned. Travel and Work Schedule Position requires a regular MondayFriday work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a set lunch hour. Little to no overtime is required. Some travel is required. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential element of the job. Minimum Qualifications Required Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Two years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Desired Education & Experience Some posthigh school education Previous experience in a customer service, administrative assistant, or clerical role Physical/Other Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must pass a criminal background check Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs., and occasionally up to 20 lbs.
